All equipment listed below can be used with any dry contact (normally open
OR normally closed), and has reporting to fully redundant monitoring
stations 24/7/365. All units come with full installation instructions and
lighting controller warning label.

All wireless units use same weather proof enclosure described below with
full rubber door gasket, 2 door latches, and includes 1/2" & 3/4" conduit cable entries in bottom of enclosure.

External Antenna kits also available for increased cell coverage in poor geographic areas.

RMS 704
4 zone cellular based monitoring system with power fail reporting. Used for "on/off" condition reporting such as relays. The 704 has 2 remotely controlable relays for internet control of onsite devices such as ventilators, water pumps, & generators.

All inputs are buffered through selectable one minute or one second delay to "Alarm" and one minute or one second delay to "Normal". This eliminates the momentary signals generated by power fluctuations, rapid photocell operation and switchover transients. Each input can be selected for N.C. or N.O. input for  "Normal" condition. Compression terminals are provided for all wiring. Any size wire, up to 12ga, may be used for the power and monitored device connections.
